High-quality finishing process that adds strength, durability and a professional finish to your products

HOT STAMP FOILING

Hot Stamp Foiling (also called hot foil stamping) is a print-finishing process in which a Magnesium or Brass Foiling Block , heat, and pressure are used to transfer a thin layer of metallic or pigmented foil onto a printed or unprinted surface. The result is a shiny, decorative, or textured design applied to specific areas of the material.

An example would be a high-end Packaging Box may feature a Holographic hot foil-stamped logo, creating a reflective metallic effect that stands out against a matte background.

COLD FOILING

Cold Foiling is a process in which a special adhesive is used to transfer a metallic or decorative foil onto a printed surface without the use of heat. Instead, the foil is applied using pressure and UV curing, making it faster and more suitable for high-speed printing processes.

An example would be a magazine cover may feature silver cold foil accents on headlines or graphics, giving a metallic shine integrated directly into the printing process.
